We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping satisfaction. You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and complete packaging. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For non-quality related returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. For defective items, wrong shipments or quality issues caused by our store, we will cover the return shipping fee and offer a full refund or replacement.
